While my present role is not directly involved in the production of methanol, my understanding of the chemical processes and testing procedures involved has enabled me to add value to my role as a Commercial and Operations Executive. Collaborations with course mates from various school projects has also equipped me interpersonal skills, allowing me to interact and work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

Some memorable milestones in my young career has got to be getting promoted within six months of joining the company. I’m also happy to be a part of the global push for sustainability, as Methanol is used as a cleaner alternative bunker fuel and can act as an interim while we look for cleaner solutions to achieve net zero carbon emissions and sustainability goals.
